#i really love how you can pretty well tell a difference between ten and tentoo #and i don’t just mean because tentoo thinks blue is good and doesn’t really enjoy the ties #but because of how tennant is able to portray tentoo like he has all the memories #he is everything the doctor used to be and is now #but there’s this little bit of pure innocence about him #that little bit of innocence that comes with just coming into the universe #and that’s pretty much who tentoo is #a new being in the universe #he may hold all the memories and mannerisms #but that’s all his to make do with now#and the fact that he’s human #it’s like he’s starting over #and you can see it in nearly all of his reactions #the way he talks #the way he moves #he doesn’t seem as weighed down as the doctor #i love that i’m able to gather that just by tennant’s acting #and it’s brilliant #absolutely and purely brilliant he can be the same person#yet so different (via david-tennants-little-fangirl)
