I don´t love my followers because they follow me
I love them because:
- a “like” in a post that took me time makes my day
- a *hugs* when I’m sad can make all the difference
- the effort to go on my ask box and talk to me makes me feel like I’m worth of something
- And because when you reblog something and fangirl with me I don´t feel so alone
So thank you for following me
People have written a lot of touchy-feely pieces on this subject but I thought I’d get right to the heart of the matter
me: watching tv show
me: looks down at phone for 0.002 seconds
me: misses entire plot line of episode, introduction of 2 new characters, 1 main character dies, they are in a different country, at some point someone reproduced and offspring are spoiled and someone got a pet cat
why are people so caught up in romanticizing the past? romanticize the future. there will be robots and slightly more equality
That’s what they thought 50 years ago too.
THERE ARE ROBOTS AND SLIGHTLY MORE EQUALITY
You’re a writer, the ‘normal’ ship sailed without you long ago.
When people in movies run directly away from the train / boulder / truck / etc instead of just like, taking two steps to the side of it
OH NO A GIGANTIC TREE FALLING OVER *runs away directly along its length*
Bucky knows what’s up
Johns “not gay” like
Mrs.Hudsons “not their house keeper”
