We were discussing Martin Freeman’s acting this morning and conversation turned to Sherlock and John Watson.
Then this gem came out of his mouth:
“John is getting married because he needs something to do beside Sherlock.”
No he doesn’t ship it, he just went onto explain that John is fascinated by Sherlock and follows him.
I’m like “Yeah?”
I was describing Torchwood to hubby and he said:
“‘You sound like a Monty Python sketch’
‘Gay gay straight baked beans and gay’
‘It ain’t got much gay in it’”
I was complaining to hubby about Moffat. He said “Well if they want to attract male viewers, what they need is an America action hero that looks good with his shirt off.”
I said “….Do you mean Captain Jack Harkness?”
