Headcanon that Clint and Bucky are utter bros because MCU Bucky clearly has an innate need to look after tragic blonds who get in too much trouble and he can’t look after Steve anymore because a) supersoldier and b) Steve is busy looking after everyone else. And then one day he sees Clint come in all bruised and battered and making bad jokes and is all like aha. yes. This one is now mine and I will look after it whether it likes it or not.

so at this point i’m not actually sure which would be more satisfying for me to see:
– bucky barnes going on a murder road trip and leaving a trail of dead hydra and department x operatives in his wake
or
– bucky barnes leaving trussed-up, terrified, and completely unharmed hydra/department x operatives on shield/nick fury/interpol/whoever’s doorstep like a cat bringing home half-dead birds, because those fuckers have gotten enough blood on his hands already and if he adds any more it sure as hell won’t be on their account
but either way, if anyone has good, plotty Winter Soldier Revenge Spree fic to rec me, i’m all ears
I would watch the hell out of either of these movies
