So, I have a question? I know the Team Tardis was in Cardiff during Boom Town. Wouldn’t Torchwood have been there already at the same time? I suppose I can understand Jack avoiding himself (he did say he went back and saw Rose a few times). Maybe that was where he was aiming at when he burnt out his vortex manipulator? Anyway, this is mildly bothering me and I’m wondering if anyone has any answers?
