Oh man, imagine how guilty the Doctor’s going to feel. Clara saved him so many times, even getting him to save his own people, and yet he couldn’t save her from a trap sprung by them.
The Doctor is going to be terrifying.

I sure hope not.
He won’t get violent, yeah. He cares too much about her to disobey her last request. However, he will get quite emotional, and I think that will be terrifying. From the snippets we’ve seen of Heaven Sent– digging a grave, facing a painting of her, being pursued by a monster through his castle/prison– I think it’s safe to say it’s going to very deeply effect him. And though he may not try to blow the lot of them up, I think it’s safe to say here will be dark words and darker thoughts.
