guess who turned a fifteen minute walk home into a two hours trek across town and back for pokemon go

no less than seven groups of people all doing the same thing i was doing
a man dressed as team rocket, sitting by a waterfall and dropping lures at the pokestop for everyone to use. he said he had been doing it all day trying to catch a meowth
two rabbits
i walked into a tree twice tracking an eevee
i found a raspberry bush in the woods near the pond. had many raspberries.
caught a ton of pokemon
found four pokemon eggs at the pokestops
discovered that this town has a lot of memorials for different things and little parks
we have a town hall (did not know this)
found out where the fire department is located (two blocks away)
saw several birds nests, one of which had baby birds in it
ran away from a bird’s nest after the mom saw me peeking at the baby birds
a little boy (elementary school aged) camping out in front of the library (a pokegym) and asked if i was going to try and beat him for it. when i said i’d try, he said “good luck with that”
he beat me because his pokemon were like…….super strong
