It just suddenly hit me but to all the black nerds out there, PLEASE be careful playing Pokemon Go, especially at night. The fact I have to say this is pitiful but…
I’ve only been to public spaces(park, community center, fire station) in broad daylight, wearing bright clothes. I had my headphones on but realized that was a bad idea. I won’t be playing the game at night or near businesses.
I was thinking about this the other night. I’m a white girl so I have less to worry about, but I’m still not going to go wandering around in the dark by myself. Plus I live in Texas so I really don’t want to get shot for being outside somebodies house.
