Do you ever like, see that a blog you follow will tag any triggers no matter what, and go to ask them to tag ur really weird/specific etc trigger and your brain just

“Nah that’s too much, they’ll post the message and drag your ass”

“Shit yer right”

Yup, which is why I’m going to take this moment to say that if you follow me and you need something tagged, and it can be literally anything, I will tag it and I will never make fun of you for it.

Triggers can be anything. Anything can remind you of an abuser. So if you ask me to tag penguins, I’ll tag them, no questions asked.

One of my low-key fave things about the Kingsman film was when Eggsy went fuckin’ OFF on Harry at the pub. Idk he was just so ready to fight and I’m 110% here for that. I want Eggsy verbally tearing someone a new one in the sequel.

The thing I hate most about depression is that it tricks you into thinking you don’t have depression. It makes you think that nothing is wrong with you, that you just feel this way because you lack value as a person. Whether that’s in your relationships, your academics, or a view of yourself, it makes you think you aren’t good enough for any of that.

“It’s not the illness,” it says, “You feel this way because it’s who you are.”

“Mental illness is like fighting a war where the enemy’s strategy is to convince you that the war isn’t actually happening.”
