lol. It’s true. I’m generally a pretty patient person (10 years of customer service will do that) and it takes a lot to truly make me angry. On the rare occasions I’ve got absolutely angry, I’ve totally snapped. Which I don’t like, but it has happened. But generally before you get to that point you’ll at least get an earful of I-was-in-the-navy-and-can-curse-like-it.
