You need a paypal account or credit card. You go to the patreon site and create an account with your info, once there you subscribe to the artist you wanna help and you can pay whatever amount you feel comfortable with per month, you get access to the patreon account then… and depending on the amount you give every month you get rewards (in my case you get to win raffles for sketches, commissions or get depicted in my comics as a bg character, but they vary depending on who you want to support)
