John Barrowman singing! At Salt lake comic con!

Before he sang this song he was telling us about the day that he and Scott went to get married in America because it was now finally legal! They didn’t have a hard time getting to the front of the line because everyone there was 50-80 years old. After their ceremony one of the couples came up to them and asked if they would stay to be the witness for them because quite a few of them no longer had any family. They of course did, but John told us that watching all them all get married made him realize that when you find the right person you would wait a 1000 years for them.

In Captain Jack Harkness’ first episode he was trying to attract the attention of the Time Agency because they had altered his memory so he’d forget two years of his life and he wanted those memories back. I really want that story-line to be resolved, hopefully by him meeting the time agent he’d been partnered with during that time and there being a multi-episode arc around why their partnership warranted Jack having his memories deleted. I’d also like for that other time agent to be played by Misha Collins because, let’s be honest, those two would be amazing together

Icarus. The original myth had two parts. Daedalus said to his son, ‘I fashioned these wings for you. Two rules. Don’t fly too high, or the sun will melt the wax. But, more important, son, don’t fly too low. Because if you fly too low, the water and the waves will surely weigh down the wings, and you will die.’ We’ve left out the second part of the myth. We don’t say to people anymore, ‘Don’t fly too low.’ All we do from the time they are 4 years old is warn them against hubris. We have created this industrially led structure that says: How dare you.
