PLOT TWIST: Dean is actually in a coma since s1/car-crash and the whole show is his imagination. EVERYBODY LIVES
And all characters that appeared after that are just people who work in hospital, like Castiel is a doctor/nurse, Kevin is med student or something and so on
It makes me sad that this hurts so much less than what is actually going on in the show right now
