Right?! Ugh.
I can totally see Cas and Jack hooking up. Def the slow build happening here. I mean, who is going to teach Cas how to be a human? Dean hugged him, fed him, lied to him and kicked him out on his ass. Someone else is going to be there to pick up the pieces, and Dean isn’t very altruistic. He’s jealous and possessive and he doesn’t like people touching his things. He’s gonna be hella pissed off at Cas, when he was just adapting to a situation created on all accounts by Dean.
Like I said last night, Dean is literally making a list of all the things he can do to alienate himself from his loved ones and then crossing them off.
- lie to Sam
- lie to Cas
- lie to Charlie
- lie to Sam again
- keep lying to Sam
- oh i think there’s another lie for Cas over here
- not tell the truth
- lie of omission
- pretend like nothing is wrong
- make grand gesture of familiar solidarity
- quickly follow up with lie to Sam
- ship Kevin off to Branson (kid needs some Dolly Parton uhm WTAF?)
- get angry at brother for not having a traditional sense of home
- buy game of thrones and popcorn to make up for it
- lie to someone else because it’s been a while
Dean is the embodiment of the Kelly Clarkson song, Beautiful Disaster
