I think today everyone should take the time to send an ask to people that they admire for whatever reason, any reason. You like their blog, posts, words, struggles, them. Just take the time and be kind.
During the excitement of the 50th, let’s not forget those who unfortunately cannot be here to celebrate it with us.

Okay this is bugging me. Capaldi in the Pompeii episode is NOT the Doctor, he’s just a dad trying to protect his family during a disaster. We don’t know what 11 will be like when he regenerates but we know that the life 9 led and Rose had an effect on how 10 was, and 10’s tragic losses resulted in 11, a Doctor who needed to be young and a little childish. I think this time the Doctor will realize it’s time to grow up (again), act like an adult, maybe a father. What if when 11 is regenerating part of him remembers this man, this father, he doesn’t force the change, it’s subconscious really. He knows deep down he needs a face that reflects the man he has to be now and in the back of his mind he remembers the face of that father in Pompeii.
