whether it is written in a message, or heard in a conversation with someone, every time I come across ”fantastic” I cant help but picture nine saying it. I smile every time without fail.

I don’t know how you stand it. I hate working customer service just for that reason, I’m always in a bad mood xD
I realize when I get annoyed on the phone I use bigger words. Like ascertain. My minds way of talking down to idiots without getting in trouble I suppose.
But it got better towards the end of the day. I had a lady I’ve had before and she was sure it was a blessing from above she got me because I’m apparently the only person who ever helped her and she spent half the phone call telling me how amazing I am. So, I was grinning like an idiot by the time I got off her call.
