The shorthand for this would have originally been\u00a0\u20182 pfs po q4h prn hs\u2019, where\u00a0\u2018prn\u2019 stands for\u00a0\u2018as needed\u2019. And there was a typo, so\u00a0\u2018prn\u2019 became\u00a0\u2018pr\u2019, which stands for\u00a0\u2018per rectum\u2019 (aka rectally).
