Inconsistent engagement, inconsistent performance, inconsistent moods, etc. Activities that were done beautifully yesterday are terribly done today. You\u2019re either giving me amazing work and commentary, or you\u2019re not really even present in class.\u201d This was said in concern, of course, not in contempt or admonishment. But that\u2019s *exactly* how ADHD is. You\u2019re either snapped to rapt attention, your brain flowing effortlessly, or so bored that you may as well be asleep, you\u2019re so checked out.
