Vet clinics often have litters of kittens to raise. Either they\u2019re too young for a shelter, too sickly, or the clinic intends to adopt them out when they\u2019re big enough. Whatever the reason, nurses often end up raising kittens and giving them\u00a0\u2018temporary\u2019 names.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The intention of these temporary names is that if you give the kitten a stupid name, you have something to call it other than\u00a0\u2018the middle black male\u2019, but because it\u2019s a stupid name you wont get emotionally attached and end up keeping it. Again.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Which is how some nurses end up with cats that have names like\u00a0\u2018Flea bus\u2019 and\u00a0\u2018Trash bag\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Folks, I succumbed. <\/p>\n

I ended up keeping Trash Bag. <\/p>\n

He\u2019s growing fast. <\/p>\n

<\/figure>\n

And getting into trouble<\/p>\n

<\/figure>\n
