Psychosomatic limp has returned. Memo from Doctor Thompson that patient underwent a panic attack when asked about Sherlock Holmes, deceased friend of subject, during last appointment. Possible harm to self &#8211; patient refuses to eat or is unable to hold down food. Possible harm to others. Change in medication recommended. Isolation recommended.
