And it just\u2026 clicked.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, I\u2019ve learned how to knit, I\u2019ve been writing and drawing and playing around with some watercolor stuff. Because I can. \u00a0Nobody starts as an expert, we all have to start at square one. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So I told Osric that he helped me a lot with that, and I asked if he would sign my sketchbook (which I was very embarrassed of, I\u2019m still in that stage of being terrible at everything) just to keep me inspired.<\/p>\n<p>He took my notebook, leaned against the wall, and wrote me a whole page. \u00a0He told me we all start at square one, and that when I look back on today, I\u2019ll be so glad I started. And maybe someone else will tell me they have no creative talent and I\u2019ll be able to help them, too.<\/p>\n<p>He *might* have made me cry just a little, and I\u2019m incredibly humbled by the experience. I guess this post is just a small thanks, for having faith in so many people that he\u2019s never met.
