  1. I write because I simply love it. I\u2019ve created stories since I was very small and though I\u2019ve taken breaks here and there, i never truly ceased.<\/li>\n
  2. Along those lines, my brain is almost always bubbling over with ideas. A bit of song, art, or just random lines and I\u2019m away to the races.<\/li>\n
  3. In a way, I have to. See above. To me there\u2019s nothing like the feeling when you get a real flow going, or something happens in a fic i\u2019m writing and I\u2019m like, \u201coh so that\u2019s why\u2026\u201d, or to reread a particularly good sentence or bit and to know that *I* created it.<\/li>\n
  4. I love seeing people react to my work. Of course this is primarily in regards to fanfic. I\u2019m downright prolific, and in a lot of ways it\u2019s because of the love and support I\u2019ve recieved from my fanfic community. With fanfic I\u2019m writing to a live audience. And they respond.<\/li>\n
  5. I don\u2019t think writing is a skill anyone can ever fully master. Every word I write I\u2019m improving. Incrementally, sometimes, but already I can look back on my earlier fanfics and go \u201cthis is good, but I\u2019m so much better now.\u201d And I\u2019ll be better a year from now, and ten years from now.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
