i\u2019m so jealous of people who can play piano because you can show off your skills so subtly, like, oh there\u2019s a piano here i\u2019ll tap out a fun song. but with any other instrument it\u2019s like HERE I\u2019LL JUST WHIP OUT MY VIOLA or GOOD THING I BROUGHT MY FRENCH HORN HERE WITH ME\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

#OKAY BUT HERE\u2019S THE THING<\/a>#i\u2019ve played flute for a half dozen years or so<\/a>#and i tried picc once or twice but last year i became my band\u2019s Official Picc Player and i got my picc and it\u2019s. so small. omg.<\/a>#like i\u2019m talking the picc is maybe ten inches and the case is set up so it\u2019s maybe eight inches across it\u2019s TINY<\/a>#and right when i got the picc i was in the midst of hoodie weather<\/a>#and i had this new hoodie that had a huge front pocket and i loved it<\/a>#so i had my picc and i was hurrying somewhere and needed both my hands so i just shoved the piccolo in the hoodie pocket<\/a>#and i kind of forgot about it (as much as you can forget putting an instrument in your pocket) but then in my english class<\/a>#someone was making jokes about band kids and how obsessed they are<\/a>#and they went \u2018i wouldn\u2019t be surprised if jaz had an instrument right now\u2019<\/a>#and it was just one of those moments where like<\/a>#the stars aligned<\/a>#everything was perfect<\/a>#and i just went \u2018well actually\u2019<\/a>#and pulled the piccolo out of my pocket<\/a>#and the entire room LOST IT<\/a>\u00a0(via officialseancassidy<\/a>)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
