Please keep up the good work! It is<br \/>\nenlightening to see concrete examples of discrimination. Reading them<br \/>\nhas helped me to continue to reexamine my possible perceptions and prejudgements of others. Discrimination, no matter how small, limit\u2019s<br \/>\nthe pool of talent you can draw from.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, I still see these little mistakes made around me all the<br \/>\ntime by some men (and some women).
