that\u2019s how i felt. i had reservations going into it because ant man? really? but it was just really enjoyable and it seemed like it was made by people who were fans of the mcu. i was pleased all around by it \ud83d\ude42<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Couple little things, but of course that\u2019s anything. Hubby started to get up after the first bonus scene and I just sorta snapped\u00a0\u201cSit\u201d at him. Then apologized and said there was one more.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I agree. Didn\u2019t like spoilers<\/i>\u00a0the romantic thing they did<\/strike>. \u00a0I felt like they could have left that out\u2013mostly because it just wasn\u2019t necessary to the rest of the plot. \u00a0Since I knew that there were two credits scenes, I took a potty break during the boring credits. \u00a0Loved Luis and loved the music elements, kinda had a GOTG feel to it.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Yeah I did like the\u00a0\u2018sidekicks\u2019. I find myself looking for characters that are POCs, I don\u2019t know if I\u2019m just weird or what, but it\u2019s just something I\u2019m really aware of. And apparently there are no women other than hope working there, and like one black dude and he\u2019s security and I think maybe like two Asian dudes that are scientists?\u00a0<\/p>\n

I also agree with the romance but I did like what they did with Paxton. they didn\u2019t make him out to be just ooh eviiiil new man\/stepdad guy. You could understand why he did what he did.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Yes I was totally convinced that they were gonna go hella asshole with Paxton, but they didn\u2019t and I was glad. \u00a0And I totally agree, there were like four literal women: \u00a0Peggy, Hope, Mom, and the woman who cleaned Hank\u2019s house. \u00a0Although, when thinking about it, CA has Peggy, and the USO Ladies and then Nat and Maria, Iron Man has Pepper, Nat, and the other lady who was the\u00a0\u2018botanist\u2019, Thor has Sif, Jane, Darcy, and Frigga. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Ladies are hard to come by, you know. \u00a0Being as that they\u2019re only 50% of the world\u2019s population.<\/p>\n

And, I also thought that Howard kicked the bucket way earlier than\u00a0\u201888\/\u201989\u2026but maybe I just have no concept of time\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I read somewhere else that Howard died later and that always confused me too. I always felt like he died when Tony
Was younger, but he didn’t. <\/p>\n

And yeah. Not even a little bechdel pass. Did two woman even share a scene?<\/p>\n
