You do something, something so little, like accidentally bump into someone. You feel horrible about it. Your brain starts panicking and you have trouble trying to breathe. You stutter an apology. They say it\u2019s okay, but you accidentally do it again, and you apologize again. They just say \u201cAha, you can stop saying sorry.\u201d And you feel horrible that you\u2019ve probably made them angry or upset, so you mutter out an apology for the third stupid time, and they just say to stop saying sorry.\u00a0<em>Stop saying sorry.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>You can\u2019t just tell someone to stop saying you\u2019re sorry.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>I want that comment on flyers so I can hang them in my school<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>reblogging this one for the GOOD commentary.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>If you\u2019re going to tell someone to stop saying sorry say, \u201cYou don\u2019t have to apologize to me.\u201d and smile. If they say sorry again just say, \u201cYou\u2019re fine.\u201d and keep smiling and move on. The faster the situation is resolved the faster the person with anxiety can start to calm down.
