Not just any pain either. MP Moriarty even said what kind: Pain, heartbreak, loss &amp; death.<\/p>\n<p>Well, we see him die. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/78.media.tumblr.com\/4b28a2c31f33957c9c65718400db5e7f\/tumblr_ner8gmlaRK1thspn8o2_r1_400.gif\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>What about pain? We\u2019ve seen him experience pain before.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/78.media.tumblr.com\/8f227f0d89652e3af4b919dbe840881e\/tumblr_ner8gmlaRK1thspn8o8_r1_400.gif\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>But what about heartbreak? He lost Redbeard before and most recently lost John.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/78.media.tumblr.com\/206fc5b284370f5298045df05b76290f\/tumblr_ner8gmlaRK1thspn8o7_r2_400.gif\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>And then there\u2019s this scene:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/78.media.tumblr.com\/48f4e704333b383ba208a0e224639ca0\/tumblr_inline_np59ecyWH61s1rbiq_500.gif\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>He\u2019s asking <i>himself<\/i> that question. The devoid of emotions, hard, cold, \u201csociopath\u201d self. And then his inner self (MP Moriarty) reminds him that he <i>always <\/i>feels it. And that he doesn\u2019t have to fear it anymore.
